How to use Board
Board is a team noticeboard for updates, polls, tasks and comment threads.
1Start here
- Open Board and tap See the Demo Board to look around first. The demo is read-only and needs no sign-up.
- When you are ready, tap Create Your Board (or Sign in) and continue with your Google account.
- Tap + New Project, type a Project Name and tap Create. A project is one board for one team.
- Tap Add Post, write a Title and the Body, pick a Category and tap Publish Post.
- To bring a teammate in, tap the members button (⚙) next to the project name, pick them and tap Invite. They must accept before they can see the board.
2The main features
Polls
Add a question with 2–10 options to any post, single or multiple choice, with an optional closing time. Members pick an option and tap Cast Vote.

Tasks
Tick Enable as Task when you post. A teammate taps Take Task (a One Time task asks for a target date), then ✓ Complete when done. Give Up hands it back.

Comments and files
Each post has its own comment thread and can hold attachments. New comments mark the post as unread for the rest of the team.

Record the project’s expenses and investments. Totals are kept per currency; no money moves through CryoSim.

Bookmarks, archive and drafts
Star a post to bookmark it, archive posts you are done with (only for you), and keep unfinished posts with Save as Draft.

3Sign-in, data & privacy
- The demo board needs no account. To create projects, post, vote or take tasks you sign in with a CryoSim account (Sign in with Google).
- Projects, posts, comments, files and finance entries are stored on cryosim.com, so the team sees the same board on any device.
- Only people you invite, and who accept, can see a project. Someone without an account first needs to create one; send them the link from Invite a member.
4Common questions
Do I have to sign up to try it?
No. Tap See the Demo Board to look at a sample board. You need an account only to make your own.
Why can’t my teammate see our project?
They must accept the invitation first. If they are not in the invite list, they need a CryoSim account; send them the link from Invite a member.
Who can finish a task?
The person who took it, or the post author, taps ✓ Complete.
Can I change a post after publishing?
Yes. The author or the project creator taps the post’s title, makes the change and taps Save Changes.
Does Board handle payments?
No. The Finance view is only a record of expenses and investments. No money moves through CryoSim.
