Projex puts your team's tasks on a Gantt chart: who does what and by when.
Each task has a title, one person responsible, a due date, a duration, tags and an optional note. Categories split a big plan into readable parts.
Open a project › 📁 Add a category / + Add Task
Every task is a bar that ends on its due date. A line marks today, late tasks turn red and finished tasks fade back. Drag sideways to move through time.
Open a project — the timeline sits next to the task list
Make a task wait until another is Done. Arrows show the chain. A task cannot start while the one it waits on is still open.
Add or edit a task › Depends on, or 🔗+ Auto-link to previous
Daily, weekly, monthly, chosen weekdays, the third Friday and more. When a cycle is completed the task comes back with its next due date.
Add or edit a task › Recurrence
The person assigned moves a task from Open to In progress to Done. Snooze hides a task from the due and overdue counts until tomorrow.
On the task › ▶ Set In Progress, ✓ Done (↻ Next on a repeating task), 😴 Snooze
There is no public list of users. People join only with a code you hand out, and each team sees only the categories you tick for it.
Open a project › 👥 Teams; your teammates use Join a Team
Yes. Tap ▶ View Demo Project on the first screen. The demo is read-only; sign in to build your own plan.
In your project open 👥 Teams, add a team and share its join code or invite link. Your teammate signs in, opens the link (or Join a Team › Look up) and taps Request to Join. You approve the request and tick the categories that team may see.
It waits for another task that is not Done yet. Projex names that task; finish it first, or remove the link if it is no longer needed.
Only the person the task is assigned to. The person who created the task can edit its details.
