📅 Gantt timeline
Every task plots onto a shared timeline. Bars show duration before the due date. Today's line is highlighted. Past-due tasks turn red.
🔗 Dependencies
Link tasks so one starts only after another finishes. Arrows in the Gantt show the chain. Blocked tasks can't be started.
👥 Teams & access
Create teams, share a short join code, control which categories each team can see. Members request access — the owner approves.
↻ Recurring work
Daily, weekly, monthly, custom intervals, weekdays-only, specific days of the week, or the Nth weekday of a month.
🔒 Private & team-wide tasks
Mark a task private (only you see it) or team-visible. Add a rich-text author note with bold and red highlights.
