1. Set up your vesselTap ⚓ Profile and pick the vessel type, fuel and equipment. Only the sections that apply are shown.
2. Tick as you checkOpen a question and tick each sub-check as you verify it. A question counts as ready when all its sub-checks are ticked or you mark it OK; an open Finding or Observation keeps it on the to-do list, and N/A takes it out of the count.
3. Notes and N/AUse 📘 Guidance for the inspection notes, ✎ Note for evidence or actions, and ⊘ N/A for a question that does not apply.
4. Split the workSwitch between By Section, By Rank and By Location, and tap ◑ To-do to see only what is left.
5. ReportTap ⤓ Export for a text copy or 📄 PDF for a report for the office.
6. Phone and PCTap the 🚢 vessel button at the top to add or switch vessels and to export or import a vessel file. Sign in there and tap ☁ Sync now on each device to keep them in step.
7. Use it offlineAfter your first ticks, tap ⊕ Install when your browser offers it. After that the checklist opens from its own icon and works without a connection.
