The window is hidden from screenshots and screen sharing, pauses while AnyDesk, TeamViewer or another remote-access app runs, and deletes everything when it closes. It protects the browser window; it cannot stop malware that already controls Windows.

How much does Aegix PC Security cost?
Nothing. Aegix PC Security is free: no account, no payment, no ads. Live protection (Web Shield, scam and threat alerts while you work, the daily scan, Smart boost and scheduled automatic cleanup) is always on, and everything you run yourself is free too.
Is anything locked or limited?
No. The security check and its one-click fixes, threat scans, Scam Checker, Safe Pay, the PC Boost tools and cleanup, and the Vault (passwords, photos, videos, files and notes, with password sync and encrypted backup) all work without paying. Everything in the Vault is encrypted on the PC.
Does it need my phone’s Aegix?
No. Aegix PC works on its own. If you also use Aegix on Android, you can sync your saved passwords between the phone and the PC, and move photos, videos, files and notes between them (both ways) with an encrypted backup (.aegixvault).
What does Safe Pay do, and what can it not do?
Safe Pay opens your bank, UPI or wallet, card, tax, government and investing sites in a sealed window. You can add an optional Safe Pay shortcut to your desktop. About 60 verified sites are built in: 33 Indian banks (SBI, HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Kotak, PNB, Bank of Baroda, Canara, Union Bank and more, on their new .bank.in addresses), Paytm, Amazon Pay, SBI Card, Income Tax e-Filing, GST, EPFO, Aadhaar, PAN, Zerodha, Groww, CDSL, NSDL, CAMS, KFintech and MF Central, plus Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi, Capital One, HSBC UK, Barclays, Lloyds, NatWest, PayPal and Wise. The card OTP (3-D Secure) and payment pages a payment passes through open too. Only HTTPS pages open. Look-alike bank addresses, bare IP addresses, look-alike-letter addresses and sites on the Aegix scam list are blocked; any other page asks you first. You can add your own bank’s address; look-alikes and known scam sites are refused. Each visit is a fresh private session: no browser extensions, no saved passwords or form data, nothing shared with Chrome or Edge, and everything is deleted when the window closes. Camera, microphone, location and notification requests are blocked, and it never lets you past a certificate warning. The window is hidden from screenshots, screen recording and screen-sharing apps. If AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RustDesk or another remote-access app is running, Safe Pay pauses: these apps are the main tool of “bank refund” and “digital arrest” scams. It continues when you close the app, or after you confirm you opened it yourself and no caller asked you to. Safe Pay protects the browser window. It cannot stop malware that already controls Windows.
