Wrap puzzle — questions
Is Wrap free to play?
Yes. Wrap plays right here in your browser with nothing to install. Without an account you get 3 free games a day; sign in free with Google for unlimited games.
How is Wrap different from 2048?
In 2048 two equal tiles double. In Wrap any two tiles that slide into each other add up: a 3 and a 4 become a 7. A pair that makes exactly 10 disappears and scores 10 points, so no tile ever goes above 9.
What happens when two tiles add up to more than 10?
Nothing — they do not combine. They stay side by side and block that line until you clear something next to them, which is why the board can jam.
Does the game get harder?
Yes. As your clear points climb (bonus points do not count), new tiles arrive with higher values, and from 220 clear points two new tiles land after every move instead of one.
How do bonus points work?
Clearing two or more pairs in one swipe adds 5 bonus points for each extra pair. Clearing on back-to-back moves builds a combo worth 2, 4, 6 and up to 10 bonus points. Emptying the whole board with a clear adds 20. Bonus points count towards your score and best.
What is the Weekly pack?
Seven fixed boards that change every Monday. Everyone gets the same tiles on the same board for the same moves that week, and your best on each board is kept in this browser.
What is the daily gift?
Finish any board on a day to open that day's gift. Gift days unlock new tile colours (Sunset, Ocean, Berry and Slate). They are looks only: no coins, no ads, nothing to buy.
Can I undo a move?
Yes. The ↶ button takes back up to 30 moves, even after the board has jammed.
What is the Wrap Daily board?
Daily draws every new tile from the date, so everyone who plays on the same day and makes the same moves gets the same tiles. Today's best and your streak of days played are kept separately, and a new Daily board starts at midnight.
Is my best score saved?
Your best score is kept in this browser on this device. It is not uploaded anywhere, and clearing your browser data resets it.
