Is Slides free?
Yes. Slides is free to use in your browser — you sign in with a free CryoSim account to build and save decks. Your audience never pays and never signs in.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Slides runs entirely in the browser on any computer — building, presenting and running live polls all happen in a tab. There is nothing to download or update.
How does my audience join a live poll or quiz?
Press Go Live while presenting. Slides shows a 6-digit code and a QR code; the audience opens cryosim.com/projects/slides/audience on their phones, enters the code and votes. They do not need an account.
Can I export my deck to PowerPoint?
Yes. Any deck downloads as a .pptx file that opens in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides. Click-to-reveal steps are exported as their own slides.
Do I need an account?
To build and save decks, yes — a free CryoSim account keeps your presentations and courses in your own workspace. To join someone else's live session, no account is needed.
