MODE Button (left)
Short press: cycle display modes LIVE → PEAK → STEL → TWA → ODOR. Hold ~1 s to power on. Hold ~3 s to power off. In menu: navigate items.
RESET / ACK Button (right)
Short press: acknowledge / silence a latching alarm. Hold 2 s to enter the instrument menu (ZERO, ALARMS, INSTRUMENT, EXIT).
Man-Down / Tilt Alarm
The Altair 5X has an internal motion sensor. If motionless for ~30 s or tilted past 45°, it escalates to a Man-Down alarm. Use the sidebar checkbox to simulate a tilt event.
