Vision Training

Choose your condition and follow a guided, timed exercise routine.

EyeFit brings together evidence-based visual training exercises — near-far focus drills, palming, acupressure, clock rotations, and hydrotherapy — into a step-by-step follow-along with automatic timers and audio cues.

Remove glasses or contact lenses before starting. If maintaining a lower prescription, wear your lowest-prescription lenses during exercises.
Routines 11 conditions covered
Format Timed step-by-step follow-along
Duration 25–30 minutes per routine
