Eye rolls — slow, controlled eye circles
Eye rolls are exactly what they sound like: you trace a large, slow circle with your gaze, first clockwise and then counterclockwise, keeping the head still. The aim is a smooth circle with no jumps.
They take no equipment and no space, so they fit anywhere. EyeFit's routines give them 2 to 3 minutes.

Wellness only — not medical care. These are general eye-comfort and relaxation exercises. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not treat, cure, or prevent any eye disease. For any vision problem, see a qualified eye-care professional — do not delay or replace medical care. Sudden changes in vision, flashes of light, a shower of new floaters or eye pain need urgent care.
How to do it
Roll your gaze slowly through a full circle, in both directions.
- Slowly roll your eyes in a complete circle — first clockwise.
- Then roll counterclockwise.
- Keep the movement wide but comfortable throughout the rotation.
- Aim for smooth, controlled movement with no jerkiness.
- If one part of the circle feels jerky, slow down there until it becomes smoother.
Tip: Do not rush. If you feel dizzy, stop, cover your eyes with your palms, and continue with eyes open.
