What points are, and how you earn them
Points are a score inside a CryoSim Android app. You earn them by turning up, by sharing the app with someone, and by that person actually installing it — and the app decides what they unlock.
Credited once, the first time you finish setting the app up on this device. Once — not once per install. Some apps set their own figure; the list below gives each one.
For the first share you send each day. You get it for sharing, whether or not anyone taps the link — so it is capped at one a day.
Your share link carries your invite code. When a new device installs the app through it, the install is confirmed on the server and you are credited — once per device, and never for your own code.
A welcome credit on top of the joining bonus, for installing from an invite. It lands once the app reads the code Google Play passed it.
Apps that keep a streak — Digital Detox Arena, Hinglish — count it as a streak, not as a balance: it is a number of days you keep alive, and it is shown next to your points rather than added to them.
Nothing, deliberately. Google Play does not allow an app to pay for ratings or reviews, so CryoSim does not — the review prompt some apps show earns you no points either way. Rate it if you mean it.
Points live in the Android apps. The web tools on CryoSim are free and have no balance of their own.

What they are for is up to each app. In most of them points are a score. In Aegix: Mobile Security they are spent: 10 points per day of protection.
Your balance is held against an identifier the app derives from this phone and its own package name. It is a one-way hash: it is not your phone number, not your email, not your Google account, and it identifies nothing outside CryoSim. No account is created, and nothing is asked of you.
Because of that, uninstalling and reinstalling restores your balance — it does not mint a new joining bonus. That is the point of holding it off the device as well as on it. A factory reset, or the same app on a different phone, is a fresh start: the identifier changes, so there is nothing to restore. Balances are per app — points in one CryoSim app are not points in another.
You will not find your balance on this website. It is not attached to a CryoSim web account, and this page cannot look it up. Open the app.
They have no cash value, they are not a currency, they cannot be bought, sold, transferred to another person or withdrawn, and they are not redeemable for money or goods. They unlock things inside the app that awarded them, and that is all they do. An app may change what a point is worth, or retire points entirely, without any refund being owed — because nothing was ever paid. Paid subscriptions, where an app has one, are separate and are handled through Google Play or through your CryoSim account.
Every app with points has a Share button that puts your own invite code into the message. Someone who taps it lands on a page that explains this one, and sends them to the right app — with your code attached, so it still counts after they install.
