🧠 How to read the 90-day figures

Each card shows the stock's actual price performance in the 90 days after its latest results, and an automatically produced 90-day model estimate. Here's what each piece means.

Realized 90-day return

Once the 90-day window has closed: the stock's actual price change from the result date, in %. Green = up, red = down.

Return so far

While the window is still open: the actual price change since the result date to date, with days elapsed. This is a past figure.

Window

The 90-day period the figure covers — result date → result date + 90 days.

90-day model estimate

A statistical estimate of the return over the next 90 days, made automatically from public data, with the implied price and the date it was made. It is information only — not a price target and not a buy/sell/hold call.

Range (low – high)

The band the model thinks the 90-day return is likely to fall in. The real outcome often lands outside it.

Past accuracy

How the model did on past windows that have closed: the share where the actual return fell inside the range (about half), and the share where it got the direction right (under half). Estimates are often wrong — read them with these figures in mind.

📅 Data is updated regularly with the latest results and prices. 🇮🇳 Stox covers Indian stocks listed on the NSE (National Stock Exchange of India); prices are in Indian rupees (₹). NSE trades Monday–Friday, 09:15–15:30 IST.

Stox Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Stox, a product of CryoSim ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares, stores and protects your personal data when you use the Stox website and web app (the "Service"). It is written to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the applicable rules and the Information Technology Act, 2000. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, CryoSim is the Data Fiduciary and you are the Data Principal.

1. What personal data we collect

Account data (via Google Sign-In): when you sign in, Google shares with us your name, email address, Google account identifier and profile picture. Sign-In is the only login method; we never see or store your Google password.
Portfolio data you enter: the stock symbols, quantities and purchase prices you add to your portfolio or import via CSV, so we can show you live profit-and-loss. This is stored against your account to deliver the feature.
Preferences: your choice to receive email or alert communications, and interface settings.
Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type and user agent, pages visited and timestamps, and aggregate, non-identifying feature-usage events used to improve the Service. Our analytics are designed for data minimisation and do not transmit the stock symbols, holdings or P&L you enter.
Cookies, local and session storage: used for authentication (login/session tokens), remembering preferences and analytics. See section 9.

2. Purposes for which we use your data

To authenticate you and operate your account and the Service.
To provide portfolio tracking, live prices, screening, results and fundamentals.
To send you emails or alerts only if you have opted in.
To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
To analyse and improve the Service.
To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

3. Legal basis and consent

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you sign in and use the Service, and for the "certain legitimate uses" permitted under the DPDP Act (for example, security and legal compliance). By signing in and using Stox you consent to the processing described in this Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6); withdrawing consent may mean parts of the Service can no longer function for you.

4. How we share your data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the following categories of recipients, and only as needed to run the Service:

Google — for Sign-In authentication (governed by Google's own privacy policy).
Our hosting and infrastructure provider — to store data and serve the Service.
Market-data provider — to fetch live/last-traded prices for the symbols you view or hold.
Embedded third-party widgets (for example, charting and analytics widgets) — these load from third-party servers and may set their own cookies; they are governed by their providers' privacy policies.
Authorities — where disclosure is required by a valid legal order or applicable law.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and portfolio data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or withdraw consent, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Technical logs are retained only for a limited period for security and diagnostics.

6. Your rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

Access a summary of the personal data we process about you and how we process it.
Correction, completion and updating of your personal data.
Erasure of your personal data where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as it was given.
Grievance redressal from us (see section 7).
Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

We will acknowledge and respond to grievances within the timelines required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Children's data

Stox is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect the personal data of a child (a person under 18) without verifiable parental consent as required by the DPDP Act. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Cookies, local and session storage

We use cookies and browser storage for authentication, to remember your preferences, and for analytics. Essential cookies are needed to keep you signed in. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the Service.

10. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data on servers located outside India. Where that happens, we take steps consistent with the DPDP Act and applicable law regarding such transfers.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

13. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
