Turn putting the phone down into a win
Your screen time is the score
Detox Arena reads the time you actually spend on your phone and turns it into a ranking — the less you use it, the higher you climb, with nothing to log by hand.
Private leagues
Create a league, name it, and share the 5-character code — or join someone else’s. Sit in several at once, each with its own ranking, so family and work stay separate.
Leaderboards at every scale
Rank against your area, your city, your state, your country, or the whole world — each board shows the top three plus the players just above and below you.
A daily goal & a streak
Set a personal target for the day and watch it live. Every day you finish under the goal extends your under-goal streak — a private loop alongside the public one.
A fresh start every day
Rankings run on the day’s minutes and reset at midnight. A bad afternoon doesn’t follow you around; a good run has to be re-earned, not banked.
Which apps you use stays private
The boards receive your total screen time for the day — never which apps you opened. No account, no sign-up: pick a name and an avatar and you’re in (the local boards also use the area you set).

The leaderboard is only as fun as the people on it — so bring yours.
Start a league
Open the League tab, give your league a name, and the app gives it a 5-character code.
Send the invite link
Tap Invite and share the link on WhatsApp or anywhere else. On an Android phone with the app, one tap joins — nothing to type.
Least screen time wins
Everyone’s real screen time is measured on their own phone. The league board ranks the lowest first, and it starts fresh every day.

How does a screen time challenge with friends work?
One person creates a league in Digital Detox Arena and sends the invite link or the 5-character code. Everyone who joins is ranked on the league board by their real screen time — the least phone use ranks highest.
Do my friends need an account to join?
No. There is no sign-up: each player picks a name and an avatar. On Android, tapping the invite link opens the app and joins the league; the code can also be typed into the League tab.
Is Digital Detox Arena free?
Yes. It is free to download on Google Play.
Is there an iPhone or web version?
No. Digital Detox Arena is an Android app. It reads screen time with Android's Usage Access permission, so there is no iPhone or browser version.
What does the app share about me?
Your total screen time for the day, the name and avatar you pick, and — for the area, city and state boards — the area you set. It never shares which apps you opened.
Can I be in more than one league?
Yes. You can join several leagues at once — family, friends, work — and each has its own ranking.
